From the Cafeterias Management

All of the cafeterias on campus are inspected daily by our dieticians. These inspections consist of are both organoleptical (sensorial) and bacteriological food analysis which follow different criteria such as service quality, food and personnel hygiene, the appropriateness of the food items, and the storage conditions of these items.
The samples of the foods that are produced in the cafeterias are preserved for 72 hours in case of a food infection. If a complaint about food infection arrives at our office within 72 hours after consumption, it can be determined whether the reason for this infection is due to a questionable food source or not.
For this reason, if you have a complaint pertaining to food or hygiene please notify the Cafeteria Management prior to the 72 hour time line, at the following phone numbers: ext. 1305 and 1656.
