If you want to start an aerobics/step program but don't know which one is best for you, the Aerobics/Step Instructors will be available this week to answer your questions and help you make the right choice.
You can meet the instructors at the following times and place:

Tuesday, February 8:
5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Wednesday, February 9:
12 p.m. - 2 p.m.
Thursday, February 10:
5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
