 Ali İhsan Özdemir (IE/IV), Oğuz Şöhret (IE/MS) and Tahir
Uysal (IE/IV) will represent Bilkent University at the second Logistics Case Study
Competition, held by LODER (Lojistik Derneği) to increase university students' awareness
of the logistics sector and give them an opportunity to put their theoretical knowledge
into practice.
A total of 162 teams from a number of universities proposed their own solutions to the
case problem, which involved improving a ceramic-producing company's supply chain and
distribution logistics.
The Bilkent team is one of only four teams that won the right to participate in the
finals, which will be held in June.
