This might be the shortest letter you've ever received: I'm wondering if
there's any reason not to have regular bus stops at the campus entrances
to protect people waiting there for the ring buses from bad weather.

Response to the Letter:
Dear Mr. Postalcıoğlu,
The Head Office of Construction Work and the Technical Department will
be building five new bus stop shelters to protect people from bad
weather. Two of them will be placed at the Main Campus entrance and exit.
The others will be at the FMPA Building, in front of the Mescid and near
the ATM machine in the Dormitory 78 area. It is expected that the work
will be completed before the summer.
