Among the many notable guests in attendance was Yeni Şafak columnist Fehmi Koru, who had high praise for the food, saying that "everything was very good." Rıfat Hisarcıklıoğlu, the head of the Türkiye Odalar Birliği, remarked that it was "delightful" to see the eight different types of menus at this "very different" event.
At the end of the evening, Bilkent News reporters spoke to the chefs. "This was the first time that we've organized something like this," said one.
"Each menu was prepared separately by the various teams. I hope that Bilkent will sponsor another such event in the future. We were very surprised and impressed by the kitchens here. And the students were very helpful. They're well on their way to becoming professionals."
