 The Bilkent
University tennis teams successfully competed in the National Inter University
Championship Competitions this past spring. The Bilkent Men's team took first place in the
Inter-University.
B-Category Tennis Championship held in Trabzon and will be playing in category A. The
Bilkent Women's team took second place in the Inter-University C-Category Tennis
Championship held in Manisa and will be playing in category B this year.
As a result of these outstanding performances, both teams will have the opportunity to
play in upper league this year. The tennis teams are coached by Dr. Alper Uğraş, Serhan
Gür, and Günay İlhan.
