Find Balance and Strength with
a Pilates Master Class
The Physical Education and Sports Center has organized a new Pilates Master
Class for you! The Pilates Master Class has been scheduled for Tuesday, December
19 at 6:30 p.m. at the Student Dormitories Sports Hall.
Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and
balance the body. If you are fascinated with the potential of Pilates, and would like to
end the fall semester with a nice activity, come and join the Pilates Master Class next
The event is open to everyone; everyone registered will receive a special t-shirt. You can
register at both the Student Dormitories Sports Hall and the Main Sports Hall. For more
