If you would like to improve your presentation skills, you might want to
consider participating in the speech masters team of MEC. Throughout the semester, the
team will hold workshops that are very flexible for the participants. You are free to
present whatever you want, to be criticized or not, to present in Turkish or English and
to be recorded by a camcorder or not. Additionally, the workshops will be full of
surprises like playing the game, TABU with the rules of speech masters and some visits
from guest speakers such as the dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, Prof.
Erhan Erkut.
All participants who attend the workshops regularly will be given certificates at the end
of the semester. On the team you can improve your presentation skills, observe what to do
and what not to do during speeches and presentations, and gain a better sense of what you
may need in your courses and in business life. If you are interested, send an e-mail
