The
Interval Training Program, organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center, was held
at the Student Dormitories Sports Hall on Tuesday, November 20. More than 150 students
participated for one and half hours! The hall rocked with the loud and energetic rhythms
of lively music in a dynamic and enjoyable program. Interval Training - combining
aerobics, tae-bo, step and fitness training in a social setting - was especially in demand
by last semester's attendees.
The fitness instructors for the event were: Ahsen Küçükdurmaz, Serhan Gürhan, Fatoş
Kılıçarslan, Mert Sağlar, Özge Laçin, Fatma Öztürk, Zeki Çelik, Sinem Doğu,
Fırat Bingöl, Murat Duzlupınar and Ozan Aydemir.
Everyone who took part received a fruit-pack and a Bilkent University Interval Training
T-shirt. If you missed out on this great event, don't fret! The Physical Education and
Sports Center will continue to hold similar group activities - so, please check for
