CaseBilkent Returns for 2008

CaseBilkent is a case study contest designed by Bilkent University's Industrial Engineering Operational Research Club. It is held once a year and is open to students from all departments. CaseBilkent is prepared by Industrial Engineering students under the supervision of experts in the field and academic staff.

This is a chance to put theoretical knowledge into practice! Students, alumni and academic staff can collaborate to produce a project that will be of value to the school. The hope is that the entire student body will take up the challenge!

A total of 8 groups of four team members will compete. Applications will be accepted between February 25 and 29. The case study will be delivered to participants on March 4, with final presentations being made March 9, in FFB-22. These will be evaluated and graded by representatives of the academic and business communities. Each person on the winning team will receive a laptop, while runner up finishers and three audience members will be awarded certificated education through Likya Akademi.

For more information and to get registration forms, visit the CaseBilkent stands in the B-Building, and the FEASS Building, or visit www.orbilkent.org/CaseBilkent. You can also contact Çağatay Özcan ata_ozcan@ug.bilkent.edu.tr, or (555) 596-30 88.
