The IEEE Brain Teaser has returned and here is how it goes:
a,b,c,d,e,f,g and h are all one-digit numbers, where abcd and efgh are both four-digit numbers. To come up with the correct answer, consider abcd and efgh as binary numbers, and find out which two decimals they correspond to (for example, 0101 = 5, 1110 = 14, etc.)!
