AIESEC

Those not aware of AIESEC can find the definition of "international platform for young people to discover and develop their potential" a bit confusing. I will try to explain AIESEC from my point of view. Let's start with a simple question. What is AIESEC? It is a team, a life style, a yellow house (!!), an international congress, an experience, a network, etc.? Is that all ? Of course not. When you start with AIESEC, it stands in the middle of your life. You start thinking like AIESECers. You start acting as AIESECers. You start developing yourself as an AIESECer. You start changing the world as AIESECers do.

AIESEC provides these opportunity either by putting you to work within the organization managing national and international activities, or by helping you go abroad for internships at well-known multinational companies for 8 to 78 weeks. There are three types of internships: Management Training, Technical Training, and Development Training. You can work as a professional employee with a satisfactory salary with Technical and Management Internships, and you can have an unforgettable experience with Development Internships that fit perfectly into your CV. Your accommodation will be arranged before you go so there will be no last minute surprises!

AIESEC operates in more than 100 countries, so you have plenty of options. You can go Romania, the US, Serbia, Belgium, France, Tunisia, Poland, India, China, Canada, Italy, Holland, Germany and others. And companies? SAP, Bridgestone, EUROPOS, Datacon BV, Unilever, Alcatel, Deutsche Post World Net, and the list goes on.

AIESEC aims to develop the leaders of tomorrow. Deadline for applications is March 15. Get more detailed information on internships and application requirements from the desks in the Faculty of Business Administration, B-Building, Department of Banking and Finance. You can also get info at www.aiesec.org.tr. Don't miss this chance!
