 The first part of a seminar entitled "Judicial and Political Systems of Turkey and Germany," organized by Bilkent University's Faculty of Law, and Westfaelische Wilhelms University Political Science Institute in Germany, took place July 22 to 29 at Bilkent. Nine students from Bilkent, along with 11 students and two professors from Münster, participated in the event organized by Assistant Professor Dr. Ece Göztepe from Bilkent University's Faculty of Law. The political and judicial systems of both countries were compared at the seminar, which was accompanied by a cultural program. Participants visited the Turkish Grand National Assembly, Anıtkabir, Beypazarı and Gordion. The second part of the seminar will be held October 1 to 9 in Münster, during which time the former and current capitals, Bonn and Berlin, will be visited. The Ambassador of Turkey will receive the participants in Berlin.
