Interval Training Can Beat Stress and Increases Fitness

The Interval Training Program, organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center, will be held at the Student Dormitory Sports Hall, Tuesday, March 24, at 6:30 p.m. This is a group program combining aerobics, Tae Bo, step and fitness training. All students, regardless of current physical ability, are invited to participate in this dynamic and enjoyable activity that combines rhythm and fitness training.

Students who attended last year's session found that they were able to relieve stress in an energetic and social environment. Register at the Main, Student Dormitories, or East Campus Sports Halls. All who take part will receive a free Bilkent interval training t-shirt. Don't miss out! Register early!
