The Interval Training Program, organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center, will be held at the Student Dormitory Sports Hall, Tuesday, March 24, at 6:30 p.m.
This is a group program combining aerobics, Tae Bo, step and fitness training. Register at the Main, Student Dormitories, or East Campus Sports Halls. All who take part will receive a free Bilkent interval training t-shirt. Don't miss out! Register early!
