 This year's Catalonia Model United Nations Conference was held April 29 to May 2 in Barcelona, Spain. Organized by the United Nations Association-Spain (ANUE), Catalonia MUN catered to an audience of around 500 participants from more than 30 countries. These included premier institutions like the London School of Economics and the University of Paris-Sorbonne, all of whom had gathered for a weekend of diplomacy, a taste of global politics and an opportunity to get to know one another.
As one of Turkey's most successful Model United Nations clubs, Bilkent MUN once more maintained a strong presence at this year's conference, as has now become a tradition. Retaining an active role in the national MUN arena and emerging in the international MUN community, Bilkent MUN was represented at the conference by eleven delegates.
The club received great acclaim from other participants and the organization committee, consolidating Bilkent MUN's international reputation.
