Summer School registration will be based on an appointment system. The Student Review System (SRS) will be for pre-registration between May 25, 10 a.m. and June 2, 5 p.m. During the pre-registration, the tuition payment situation of the students will not be considered. Tuition payment is checked during the registration. Summer School registration appointments will be announced through SRS on June 2, 6 p.m.
The first phase will be online self-registration, between June 3, 10 a.m. and June 7, 12 p.m. In this phase, students who have registration appointments can self-register through any computer using their student ID and STARS password. Students can not register before their appointment times. During this phase, students can also register in their departments through department secretaries. However, department secretaries cannot register a student before his/her allocated appointment time.
The second phase is registration in the departments. This will be held between June 8, 9 a.m. and June 9, 5 p.m. Students who want to register can apply to their departments, and department secretaries can enroll students to courses. At the end of this phase, the Office of the Director of Summer School decides on the courses that will be closed and marks them on the SRS system.
The course replacement phase will take place between June 10, 9 a.m. and June 12, 5 p.m. During this time, departments can enroll students to new courses or they can drop closed courses from the students' course list. After the drop operation, the tuition payments are returned to the SRS account of the student. However, students must apply to the Office of the Director of Summer School for a refund.
Students with full scholarship do not need to deposit money/credit to their SRS accounts. They can pre-register and register with out applying to the Office of the Director of Summer School. Non-scholarship students can pay their Summer School tuition starting on May 25 at any branch, or on the internet page of Garanti Bank, İş Bank and Yapı Kredi Bank. You can ask for an online account at the Bilkent branch of the bank.
