Popular Turkish musician, Bedük, came to campus to hold a seminar organized by ORKAMPüs ‘09, one of the most prestigious organizations of the Bilkent University Industrial Engineering Department Operational Research Club. Bedük graduated from Bilkent University's Department of Graphic Design. Devoted fans and fair weather followers alike attended his talk last week at the Mithat Çoruh Auditorium.
"People should develop themselves physically, culturally and socially during the university years," Bedük said. He added that he spent the best four years of his life at Bilkent University.
Studying Graphic Design had contributed so much to his life because of its relationship between the visual and audio aspects of art. Bedük does not only focus on the auditory aspects of music, but also the visual, preparing his own cover art for his albums.
