The Women in Computing (WiC) photography contest ended on May 1 during the last day of Springfest. WiC first decided on the concept of the contest and announced it to Bilkent through email. They also created an event on Facebook. The collection of contest photographs was processed one and a half months before Springfest.
After collecting all photographs, an exhibition was held with a two-day voting process during Springfest at the BİLWiC stand. There were 290 votes in total.
The winners are Bikem Akarca (IR/I) in first place with 58 votes, Merve Aksu (POLS/IV) in second place with 56 votes, Leyla Altın (IR/I) in third place with 39 votes and Merve Sadetaş (CTE/V) in forth place with 33 votes.
