April 26, Monday kicked off the Senior Project prepared by three fourth-year students of the THM Department; Çiğdem Gözü, Sadet Gülgün, and Gökhan Ertaş.
The districts that took part in this occasion were Beypazarı, Ayaş, Nallıhan and Kızılcahamam, along with their chef cooks with the help THM/HS students. They prepared and submitted meals to Le Piment Rouge Restaurant guests.
The program started with Beypazarı region's meals on 26th of April. Some of those who attended were participants of the symposium on “History on Food” held in Bilkent University last week.
On April 27, the meals of the Ayaş region were prepared and served to Bilkent academic and administrative department directors and managers.
On April 28 the Nallıhan region's meals were prepared and served to the SKAL International Ankara members in the presence of the Mayor of Nallıhan District and the Ankara City Director of Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
The last day, of April 29 saw, the Kızılcahamam region's meals served to the instructors and administrative personnel of the School of Applied Technology and Management in the presence of the Mayor of the Kızılcahamam District and the Ankara City Director of Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
Guests found the meal delicious, sparking hopes for this type of event in years to come.
