Would you like better posture and co-ordination?
Are you fit and ready to face life's daily tasks?
Then PILATES could be just what you are looking for:
Pilates differs from other forms of exercise in that it concentrates on the deep muscle training essential for stability. A pilates workout is designed to strengthen your core muscles, the deep abdominal, back and pelvic floor muscles. One of the best ways to challenge these muscles is to make them stabilize your torso under unstable conditions.
It is a low impact, yet active method of balancing and strength-training, focusing on core postural alignment and integration of body and mind.
Training from the core offers private or group pilates and sport-specific training classes in a fun, motivating and comfortable setting. Regardless of your current level of fitness, we will work with you to define a challenging workout that meets your fitness goals.
"It's great for developing balance and control of the body - which can apply to all areas of your life," says Ahsen Küçükdurmaz, aerobics and fitness coordinator, "I recommend trying it!"
With all of these advantages to the body and mind, why wouldn't you?
