Do you need to relax to better cope with the stress of exams, classes, and the challenges of everyday life?
The Student Development and Counseling Center has organized Physical Relaxation Sessions where students can learn and experience relaxation techniques. The registration deadline for the sessions is Wednesday, April 14. For more information, contact the Student Development and Counseling Center, located in Block 5/6 of the Main Campus Lodgings, at ext. 1785 or 1786.
