Turkish Literature Students to Give Presentations
|
|
Department of Turkish Literature's graduate students will make presentations on "Critical Perspectives on Turkish Poetry since the 19th Century." The presentations will be in FHL A-130 from 3:40 to 6 p.m. on Friday, May 7. The presenters and their topics are as follows:
"Muallim Naci: Eski mi Yeni mi?" by Hiclal Demir;
"Baha Tevfik ve Şiir Eleştirisi" by Barış Karacasu;
"Eleştiride Politik Belirlenim: İkinci Yeni Üzerine Bir İnceleme" by Ahmet Orhan;
"Şiire Yakışan Deneme: Füsun Akatlı ve Zamana Direnen Şiir" by Ahmet Doğru.
All the presentations are open to the public.
