Self-Asisessment Workshop Offered
|
Did you know that your feelings and thoughts about yourself can have a significant influence on achieving your goals in academic, social and personal areas of life? Having positive feelings about yourself increases your self-esteem which enables you to feel effective, productive, capable and loved. On the other hand, having negative feelings about yourself may lower your self-esteem, and make you feel ineffective, worthless, incompetent and unloved.
Student Counseling and Development Center is offering a workshop entitled "Assessing Yourself." Whatever the level of your self-esteem is, you can take positive steps to improve it. Remember: the first step towards improvement is understanding.
