The Career Development and Placement Center (CDPC) is busy planning the third annual Career Fair scheduled for March 16. Mark this important date on your calendar and begin preparing your CV now!
Bilkent University organized the first career fair ever in Ankara in 1999 with the efforts of the CDPC. Last year, over 3000 students gathered information from 25 companies.
Again this year students will have the opportunity to meet with representatives from private and governmental institutions throughout Turkey and the world. Meeting representatives, gathering information about the companies, and presenting their CVs might be beneficial to the students for future internship and full time career positions.
The serious work begins after the fair. During "Career Days" which follows in March, April and May, CDPC will schedule individual interviews for interested students with various companies from the public and private sector.
