Career Corner: What is Next After the Fair?
The Career Fair was just the beginning of the career search. The task now is to follow up on the leads from the fair, and to attend the sector information sessions, panel discussions and interviews which apply to you.

When asked about their experiences with Career Days, Bilkent alumni, Emre Kamar (CS/2000) and Uğur Arat (IE/2000) emphasized that attending individual company meetings during Career Days was as beneficial as the Career Fair. At those meetings, company representatives explained, in detail, such important matters as the company’s attitudes toward their employees, salary packages, various kinds of employment opportunities within the company and what the responsibilities of specific jobs were. There were always opportunities to ask questions. Kamar "tried to attend as many meetings as possible". Arat emphasized the importance of knowing about the companies and being prepared for the meetings with well thought out questions.

The following list includes names, dates, and times of the company visits in March.

March 19, İstanbul Menkul Kıymetler Borsası, 12:30 p.m.

March 26, Devlet Planlama Teşkilatı,12:30 p.m.
