Aheng-i Hengame Enhances Programming
Radio Bilkent is beginning a new program featuring a mix of performances from jazz history, music of the avant-garde, distinct electro-jazz musicians, Turkish Sufi music, as well as traditional and contemporary tunes of Anatolia. The presenters of this two-hour program, Alper Kaliber, Bülent Özel and Esra Ortakan, welcome requests, and hope to reward listeners with variety and distinction. Bilkenters are invited to listen to Aheng-i Hengame on Thursday evenings from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. For further information contact Alper Kaliber at ext. 2623.
