SDCC Offers Stress Workshop

What is Stress? What are the physical, cognitive, and behavioral symptoms of stress? What are the stress related factors in our lives? What are the effective and ineffective ways of coping with stress? Can we learn stress management?
If you are curious about the answers to the above questions, join the student workshop on stress offered by SDCC. You will be given a "certificate" upon finishing the workshop.
