Computers & Intelligence Founded 9 years ago, Bilkent ACM SIGART is an informal group of faculty and students who meet regularly to discuss various aspects of computing and intelligence. In addition to lively seminars and debates, on the engineering and philosophical aspects of artificial intelligence, SIGART helps organize the annual programming contest SOFTWARE QUEST and this semester will instigate a new series called INSITES, which examines the Internet and its implications.
