What Do You Know About Radio Bilkent?

Radio Bilkent, established by the Electronic Communication Group in 1995 and run by volunteer Bilkent students, provides live broadcasting at 106.7 FM with no commercial breaks.
While Radio Bilkent Alternative presents the best and most recent world music, Radio Bilkent Classic aims at reaching a wide range of listeners of classical music. Radio Bilkent Alternative, participates in the orientation program at Bilkent University which is organized every year for the new students to speed up their adaptation to university life, as well as introducing itself to new Bilkent students at the information desk in the orientation area.
When Ümit Erben (IR/IV), one of the Radio Bilkent Volunteers, was asked “How do you feel being a volunteer in such an organization, he replied, “It offers a friendly atmosphere and provides an opportunity for all of us to gain valuable on-the-job experience. We find working here attractive because we can share our favorite music with a large number of people.”
Radio Bilkent Alternative 106.7FM is the only choice for the best and the most recent world music.
