FMPA’s First Play of The Season is Beaumarchais’ “The Marriage of Figaro”

  

   Beaumarchais’ Figaro'nun Düğünü (“The Marriage of Figaro”), under the general arts direction of Prof. Cüneyt Gökçer, Chair of Performing Arts, will be performed in Turkish every Friday at 8 p.m. at the FMPA Theater Hall until December 14. The play is directed by Zurab Sıkharulidze.
   Beaumarchais’ theatrical version of “The Marriage of Figaro” (instead of Mozart's operatic treatment of the same theme) will be performed for the first time in Turkey.
