Bilkent International Students Club Returns

The Bilkent International Students Club was reestablished at the beginning of this semester. The goals of BISC includes providing opportunities for International and Turkish students to get together, share ideas, learn about each other’s cultures, and exchange information about education and life abroad.
In early September, the founding members of BISC assisted international students during their orientation program offered by the International Center. Field trips were organized to several historical places in Ankara, including the Ankara Castle, Anatolian Civilizations Museum and Anıtkabir. The activities BISC plans for this year will include, organizing meetings to bring International and Turkish students together, an “End of Semester Party” for International students, and conferences.
BISC welcomes all Bilkenters who wish to become members and attend the activities. For more information about BISC e-mail: bisc@lists.bilkent.edu.tr.Click, to go back to the contents of this issue
