The Student Council held its first Yearbook Committee Meeting on November 6 last week. As in previous years, three representatives from each department will be responsible for the yearbook during the 2001-2002 academic year. The yearbook will be distributed at the beginning of June 2002 by the departmental secretaries.
   At this meeting, it was decided that
- Student representatives will distribute the Graduating Student Information Form to the students in their respective departments.
- Completed forms will be collected by the student representatives prior to December 4 and returned to the departmental secretaries.
   The next meeting will be held on November 20 at the Student Union Building, TV Room. Further information concerning the written assignment format and details of the printing process may be obtained from the committee members.
