You can apply for and receive your vehicle sticker at the following locations:
1. Main Campus: FEASS Building, Room Z-51
2. Main Campus: School of English Language Room Z-26
3. East Campus: VSCTOM Building, Security Office
Students issued a new sticker will also be given a copy of Bilkent University Traffic Regulations. This booklet comprises rules and regulations which are to be followed on campus, as well as details of the Violation Points System put into effect last year. According to this system, failing to stop at pedestrian crossings, for example, or speeding or driving dangerously, will result in high violation points. Drivers who reach 15 points within one academic year are suspended and banned from driving on campus. During the last academic year, 20 drivers had their stickers suspended due to the violation of traffic rules.
