SPORTS SHORTS... SPORTS SHORTS

Make sure to register for the University badminton and squash intramural tournaments and leagues. Registration deadlines and activity schedules are as follow:

BADMINTON (Men and Women)
Registration Deadline: November 15
Meeting: Friday, November 15,
6 p.m.
, at Main Campus Sports Hall
Fee: 5.000.000 TL. per person

SQUASH (Men and Women)
Registration Deadline: November 15
Meeting: Friday, November 15, 5:30 p.m.,
at Student Dormitories Sports Hall
Fee: 5.000.000 TL. per person

You can register for the second half of semester tennis courses between November 12 and 18 at the Student Dormitories Sports Hall and the Main Campus Sports Hall center. The courses will take place between November 18 and December 29 at the indoor tenis court. For more information call ext. 1993 or 1325.

The Physical Education and Sports Center offers 7x7 football (soccer) tournaments in the Main Campus Grass Field on weekends at 2 levels, beginner and intermediate. Tournaments will begin on November 16, continuing through December 22. Everyone is welcome, and Bilkent students can participate for free by registering at the front desk in the sports centers.

You still have time to register for the 500 Dev Adam (500 Giant Men) project, a series of workshops aimed at introducing you to the fundamentals of basketball through 3 on 3 games.
The Physical Education and Sports Center invites all basketball lovers to workshops offered at two levels, beginner and intermediate.

Don't miss Turkish Folk Dancing Night November 21, 6:30 p.m. at the Main Campus Sports Hall. After a short instructional video, you will have a chance to learn the steps of Artvin Folk Dancing. Everyone is invited to the program. You can register at the Student Dormitories Sports Hall and Main Campus Sports Hall. For more information call ext. 1993 or 1325.
