The article “Transformational Leadership, Creativity, and Organizational Innovation” (Journal of Business Research, 2009), co-written by Asst. Prof. Lale Gümüşlüoğlu of the Bilkent University Faculty of Business Administration and Asst. Prof. Arzu İlsev of the Hacettepe University Department of Business Administration, has won one of the prestigious Emerald Citation of Excellence Awards. Their paper was chosen as one of the top 50 articles from the top 300 management publications that have had proven impact since their publication date. Dr. Gümüşlüoğlu received the award during a ceremony at the Academy of Management in Orlando, Florida, in August 2013.
