Organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center as part of the Sports as a Way of Life program, a PoundFit master class took place in the Main Sports Hall last Tuesday.

The class, which featured choreography by PoundPro Yeliz Dingler, attracted over one hundred participants. Students used special lightly weighted drumsticks to get a rhythm-based, all-around workout combining cardio, strength training and yoga/Pilates-style movements.

Students who took part in the class earned points for their Sports as a Way of Life “mountain groups,” and those taking GE250/251 also received 20 points for the course.
