Organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center as part of the Sports as a Way of Life program, a PoundFit master class took place last Tuesday in the Main Sports Hall.

Featuring choreography by PoundPro Yeliz Dingler, the class attracted around 60 participants. Students used special lightly weighted drumsticks to get a rhythm-based, all-around workout combining cardio, strength training and yoga/Pilates-style movements.

Students who took part in the class earned points for their Sports as a Way of Life “mountain groups,” and those taking GE250/1 also received 40 points for the course.
