Le Piment Rouge Restaurant is at Your Service

Did you know that there is an International Restaurant at Bilkent, where dishes from all over the world are served? It’s located on East Campus, next to the building of Tourism and Hotel Management. In fact, the Le Piment Rouge Restaurant is used for a course taken by Tourism students and has been serving Bilkent University for more than ten years.
The purpose of the course is to teach students cooking methods and processes. At Le Piment Rouge Restaurant, all the serving and the cooking is done by students. Each student is given a different task each week so that they practice their theoretical knowledge in every aspect of cooking and serving. Every day, students from different sections cook from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., and the restaurant serves between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. Le Piment Rouge Restaurant offers a different menu each week, so, one week one might eat Italian food (perhaps listening to Italian music), and the next week, taste food from Eastern Europe.
The service at the Le Piment Rouge Restaurant is exceptional along with the food. What’s great is that one can eat delicious food with great service at a low price! The restaurant is open for special events with prior booking, which makes it a perfect location for special Birthday Parties! Also, to express the appreciation it received from the guests, Le Piment Rouge Restaurant is glad to announce ‘Happy Mondays’ commencing on December 15, 2003 with a fantastic set menu price of 3,500, 000 TL. instead of 6,500,000 TL. for the other days of the week.
The week between December 22 and 26 is a special week and the main dish of the week will be turkey. I strongly recommend that everyone visits the Le Piment Rouge Restaurant once a week to relax and have a truly enjoyable dining experience!
