Don’t forget to register for the Interval Training Program
which will be held at the Student Dormitories Sports Hall on Tuesday,
December 16 at 6:30 p.m.
Organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center, the Interval Training
Program is group based, and combines aerobics, taibox, step and fitness
training.
Registrations are at both the Main Campus and the Student Dormitories Sports
Hall. The Physical Education and Sports Center invites all students to
participate in this dynamic and enjoyable program. The first 100 who register
