The Physical Education and Sports Center has added new programs to their Aerobic & Step courses. Pilates, Cardio Shaping, Aerolatino, are only some of them. If you are interested in Aerobics/Step, you will certainly enjoy these new programs. Below is the schedule for these new courses:
Pilates: Thursday 4:40 - 5:30 p.m. (Student Dormitories Sports Hall)
Friday 4:40 - 5:30 p.m.
(Main Sports Hall)
Cardio Shaping: Monday 7:40 - 8:30 p.m. (Student Dormitories Sports Hall)
Wednesday 7:40 - 8:30 p.m.
(Student Dormitories Sports Hall)
Aerolatino: Tuesday - Thursday 4:40-5:30 p.m. (Main Sports Hall)
Tuesday - Thursday 6:15 - 7 p.m. (East Sports Hall)
Also, for those who want to attend the Aerobics/Step programs, you can also join the Body Fat Percentage Calculation program to further
enhance your results.
