The Interval Training Program is Waiting for You

Organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center, the Interval Training Program will be held at the Student Dormitories Sports Hall on Tuesday, March 9 at 6:30 p.m.
The Interval Training Program is group based, combining aerobics, taibox, step and fitness training.
Regardless of your current physical ability, the Physical Education and Sports Center invites all students to participate in this dynamic and enjoyable program. Registrations are on Main Campus and the Student Dormitories Sports Halls. The first 100 who register will be given free Bilkent t-shirts. For further information call
