Francophone Day (celebrated internationally on March 21), will be held Thursday, April 8, at 10 a.m., at FEASS, C-Block Auditorium.
The program will be attended by instructors and students of the School of Applied Languages. Guest lecturers to other events will be: Prof. Dr. İhsan Doğramacı (recorded interview), on his experiences in the Francophone world; International Commercial Relations in WTO; Francophonie in Guadeloupe, Lebanon and Turkey; a ‘So You Think You Know French Culture?’ contest; and a students-instructors music group performing songs in French.
Festivities will be followed by a reception starting at 5 p.m.
