New York Aikido Expert Holds Workshop

The Bilkent Aikido Club organized a workshop with their Sensei Selahattin Dorukoğlu last week. They welcomed Sensei Scott B. Evans, 4th Dan in Aikido from New York, as a guest.
Evans, the founder of New York Aikikai, has been training in Aikido since 1981. He is known for his unique style of Aikido which takes shape through the application and harmonizing of both soft and hard techniques.
The workshop allows Sensei Evans to share his philosophy, mentality, and understanding of Aikido.
The Aikido Club is gathering under the supervision of Sensei Selahattin Dorukoğlu twice a week on Thursdays and Saturdays. Everyone who is interested in Aikido and wants to start is welcomed to attend.
