The 16th TEMÖB, entitled "From Mechanical to Digital: Using Information Technology Applications in Business", was organized by the Operational Research Club between 10-14 September 2003, and hosted around 200 students. TEMÖB, which stands for Türkiye Endüstri Mühendisliği Öğrencileri Buluşması, is a traditional bi-annual event, gathering industrial engineering students in Turkey from 30 universities. Each TEMÖB is hosted by a different university, and organized by students on a voluntary basis. Daytime activities of the 16th TEMÖB consisted of seminars, lectures, and workshops focused on the topic of “Information Technologies”. Evening activities consisted of dinners and parties to keep the TEMÖB spirit up!
