This spring semester three new courses will be offered by the
Philosophy Department, with a limited number of places available to students from other
departments. More information about the courses can be obtained from the Department of
Philosophy website. The courses are PHIL102-Ancient Philosophy, PHIL202-Ethics and
PHIL410-History of Analytic Philosophy.
They'll be taught by Drs. Geoff Bowe, Lucas Thorpe and Josh Cowley, respectively. While an
appreciation of philosophical reasoning and some background in philosophy would be
desirable, interested students are advised to consult with the instructors to find out if
these courses would be appropriate for their curriculums.
