Ready for Interval Training?

Another session of the Interval Training Program organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center will be held at the Student Dormitories Sports Hall on Tuesday, March 8 at 6:30 p.m.
The Interval Training Program is a group exercise program that combines aerobics, tae-bo, step, cycling, rowing and fitness training. All students, regardless of current physical ability, are invited to participate in this dynamic and enjoyable activity, which combines rhythm and fitness training.
Participants have the opportunity to enjoy group exercise in a social setting, complete with energetic music. They rotate between aerobics, step, tae-bo, and stretches on cue with the changing music.
Participants have the opportunity not only to work out, but also to receive a Bilkent University interval training t-shirt. Registration starts today at the Main Campus and Student Dormitories Sports Halls. For further information, call ext. 2262 or 1325.
