A seminar organized by the Operational Research Club on the topic
of student exchange programs took place on Tuesday, November 9. İlyas Ulgar of the
Turkish National Agency, an expert on the European Erasmus exchange program, spoke about
the exchanges that the agency organizes in cooperation with European universities. He also
gave information about opportunities and application procedures for studying in European
