It's time for rhythm and motion! Radio Bilkent is
presenting a rock concert on Friday, November 25 at 7:30 p.m.
at the Speed Café. The well-known Ankara bands Rocks’n, Roka and About
Blank, along with Radio Bilkent DJs, will shake you with their fantastic
performances! After the concert, the rock fest will continue at If Rock
Bar at 11:30 p.m. Shuttles will be available to take you to and
from the bar from both the Main and East Campuses. Tickets will be
available during the week at the FEASS Building, B-Block and the food
court. As Jimi Hendrix declared, “Rock music is nothing but rhythm and
motion,” and we all love it!
New Newscasters Join Radio Bilkent
Radio Bilkent is pleased to announce that new volunteers have joined the
station after completing a preliminary training period. Can Bal (EE/III),
İbrahim Özveren (IE/III), Zeynep Aydoğmuş (COMD/I)), İpek Gümüşsoy(LAW/I),
Didem Koçer(IR/I), Onur Külçe(EE/Prep), Özüm Özkaya(IR/Prep), Ekin
Karakuş(LAW/Prep) and Gözde Kristal(IR/Prep) are now working in the
Radio Bilkent Public Relations Department.
