an exercise/sports fanatic, or you may be just a beginner. Whatever your needs in this
area, the Physical Education and Sports Center can meet them, with its wide range of
sports programs at world-class sports facilities.
Let's look at what exercise can do for a person. We could give more than a hundred reasons
to participate in sports and exercise programs, but it would not be possible to list them
all on this page. Briefly, we can say that by participating in such programs, a person
